The BIG Truck Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
To enter this competition you must enter by completing the following actions;
- Subscribe to our YouTube Channel - https://www.youtube.com/KudaUK
- Comment on one of our Truck Giveaway Videos once you have subscribed.
To do this, you will need a valid YouTube account for the duration of the competition. Kuda UK LTD are not responsible for the set up or activation of your account and you should ensure you check all of the Terms and Conditions provided by YouTube themselves prior to entry.
Eligibility.
The competition is open to persons holding a full valid UK driving licence with a valid HGV Class Type licence and CPC. You must be a resident of the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland and residents in the Republic of Ireland and aged 18 years or over.
You may not enter this competition if any of the below are true;
- employees of the Kuda UK LTD;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Kuda UK LTD, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- You do not hold a valid UK driving licence with a valid HGV Class type licence and CPC.
- You are under the age of 18.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. If you fail to provide us with any such proof or other information that we may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the competition.
Any entries which are deemed to be automatically generated by a computer or incomplete will not be counted.
No purchase necessary to enter.
Limit of one entry per customer.
Kuda UK LTD reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
The Prize.
The prize offered is the truck shown in our videos, a 2017, DAF XF Super Space Cab in Silver and any additions added to it during the video series. Details of the Prize are, to the best of the Kuda UK LTD’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date
The prize cannot;
- Be exchanged for any other item or service
- Be exchanged for its equivalent cash value or any cash alternative of any amount.
- Be transferred to another person.
The Prize Must be collected in person from Kuda UK, Crowcroft Road, Nedging Tye, Ipswich, IP7 7HA, United Kingdom by the winner by presenting their valid UK driving licence and HGV / CPC licence and card.
Kuda UK LTD makes no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided following collection and is not responsible for the vehicle once it has been collected.
Winners.
The decision of the Kuda UK LTD is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
We will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Prize within 30 days of the Draw Date, Kuda UK LTD reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
Kuda UK LTD must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will publish the name and county of major prize winners on their Social Media accounts / website.
If you object to any or all of your name, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at sales@kudauk.ltd.uk prior to the Closing Date. In such circumstances, Kuda UK LTD must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
