Delivery Times and Methods



We are currently experiencing extended delivery times on some items sourced from the EU, due to customs clearance delays beyond our control. Our team will update you via email with estimated delivery dates as we have them, we thank you for your patience and understanding.



PLEASE NOTE - All Delivery times are based on if the item you order is in stock, we keep most items in stock. If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via your online account and email within 1 working day of ordering, usually with an estimated delivery date. Please check your online account for these messages.

Opting for Next Day delivery does NOT guarantee your order will arrive the next day if your item is out of stock. Once your item is received into stock it will be dispatched on a Next working day service, rather than our standard service. 


When will you ship my order?

Orders placed before 2pm and where ALL items are in-stock (see above), will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day. 

If you choose to pay for your order via finance this will incur an additional 3 working day lead time whilst your application is processed. This lead time is in addition to any lead time displayed on the product when ordering.

When will my order arrive? 

We use a next working day delivery service so the very latest you should expect to get your order is 2 working days after we dispatch it.  


FREE Shipping on all orders over £100.00 (Exc. VAT)

We offer free shipping on all orders placed online over £100.00. Free shipping is not valid with any other discount structure. Exclusions apply to those products which fall under our "Bulky Shipping" class. These items will have a flat delivery rate applied to them at the checkout. We try to include as many of our items as possible (over 95% of our product range) in our FREE shipping (over £100) offer. However on occasions the awkward shape and / or size of some items means we are not able to do this and have to apply an additional charge. Please contact our sales team for further information on this. 

Terms of Delivery

  • We aim to deliver most items on a next working day service and items that are ordered direct with our suppliers within 5 - 15 working days
  • We will contact you via your online account or email (if provided) if we are made aware of a delivery delay.
  • Aerodynamic Kits or tailored orders will take around 10-20 working days.
  • Dates stated for delivery are approximate only and Kuda UK LTD shall not be liable for any delays in delivery however they are caused.
  • All orders received after 2.00pm on Friday through Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. It should be noted that any stock notifications for orders placed within these times will also be sent on the following Monday.
  • Advertised Shipping Prices are subject to change without prior notice by Kuda UK LTD
  • We (Kuda UK LTD) reserve the right to contact the customer prior to dispatch of goods to inform of a change in cost of shipping. We try to ensure our shipping costs are correct at all times, however in some rare cases there may be a requirement for additional shipping costs to be added.
  • We will ship all of the items on your order in one shipment unless otherwise instructed.
  • In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the advertised delivery time, you must contact us immediately.
  • Upon delivery of the goods to you, we request you check them before signing for them. Any damage MUST (without exception) be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. (Monday to Friday) deliveries made on a Friday must have the damage reported on the following Monday. We are unable to claim if the damage is not reported within this timescale.
