Kuda to construct new, state of the art Fleet Fitment Facility

30 years ago Kuda UK was born and instantly made an impact and a name in the commercial vehicle accessory and aerodynamics market. Through clear guidance, excellent generations of staff and a focussed but flexible approach to manufacturing and the fitment of our products, the company has grown to a very exciting stage.

In this, our 30th year, we are very excited to be entering a brand new chapter with the purchase and construction of a new, state of the art, fleet fitment facility.

Our new facility  will cover over 45,000 square feet. It will be our first additional site and drastically increase our fitment and chassis storage capacity, enabling us to install parts to more vehicles per day and accept greater numbers of chassis deliveries from manufacturing factories with dedicated, secure and 24 hour monitored parking. The new facility will allow our engineers to work on multiple jobs, in a clean, temperature controlled environment, a necessity for installations of items additional windows, in cab electronics and other cab conversions. 

This new facility has been designed from the ground up to be perfectly suited to the conversions and work we carry out, it's huge 5m high doors and extra wide fitment bays will allow for seamless movement of vehicles even with the biggest of iAM air management kits installed. The workshops will be illuminated with the latest in Daylight, LEDs which will aid our engineers in checking the quality of any body panels and other parts prior to fitting. Of course, this Fleet Fitment Facility will be fully covered by our VCA conformity of production clearance, allowing for Stage 2 Type approved fitments of our equipment to many makes and model of truck.



The buildings beautiful, glass fronted design will be a great presence on the horizon and allow for lots of natural light to flood the front reception area, drivers lounge and offices. The entire facility will be linked into a fully monitored security system which will cover both Kuda HQ in Nedging Tye and the new facility, 6 miles down the road in Needham Market, meaning that any vehicles on either site will be super secure during their stay with our team.
